Giclée print – a special digital fine art printing process for particularly high-quality prints with brilliant, vibrant colors.
Frame
Nielsen frame made of solid wood from sustainable forestry, including hanging hardware and high-quality glass.
Framed or mounted prints are wrapped all around with recyclable and biodegradable protective materials. Stable archival foam made from recycled materials also ensures that the artworks are transported safely and undamaged. Subsequently, each order is shipped in particularly protective packaging made from 100% sustainably sourced and recyclable cardboard.
FAQ
Can I return or cancel my order?
No. As these are custom-made products, there is no right of withdrawal for custom-made items.
The prints are produced using a print-on-demand service. Refunds are therefore only possible if a product arrives damaged or if delivery is significantly delayed. Normal shipping delays or delays due to customs are excluded from this. What constitutes a significant delay is at the discretion of the shipping service provider.
In such cases, a return of the products can be requested. The costs for this will be covered. However, refunds may be withheld until the return is received.
