Once your print has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
As these are custom-made products, there is no right of withdrawal for custom-made items.
The prints are produced in cooperation with a print-on-demand service. Refunds are therefore only possible if a product arrives damaged or if delivery is significantly delayed. Usual shipping delays or delays due to customs are not eligible for a refund. What constitutes a significant delay is at the discretion of the shipping service provider.
In both cases, a return of the products can be requested. The costs for the return will be covered. However, refunds may be withheld until the return is received.
