No. Since we offer Custom-made products there is no Right of Withdrawal for Custom-made Goods.
We are working with a "print-on-demand" service. Therefore, they only offer refunds if the product arrives damaged or is significantly delayed. Postage delays that are considered normal, or delays due to items being held up in customs, will not be refunded. What constitutes a significant delay is at their discretion. In either case, they may request the return of the products so that they can dispose of them. Returns in these cases will be at their expense, and refunds may be withheld until the returned products are received. Please contact: info@theprintspace.co.uk.

The products will be produced and shipped by the printing company “ThePrintSpace”, either in Germany or the UK.
Paper: Hahnemühle Photo Rag, 308g/m², 100% cotton, slightly soft textured, museum quality for maximum aging resistance
Print: Giclée, a special type of digital printing specialized in fine art for high quality prints, vibrant colors
Frame: Nielsen Frame, solid wood from sustainable forestry, includes mounted hanger, premium glass
Your framed or mounted art prints are protected on all sides with recyclable and biodegradable wrapping materials. Strong recyclable archival foam made from recycled materials is then carefully fitted to make sure no damage can occur in transit. Your order is placed into extra protective 100% sustainably sourced and recyclable card packaging ready for dispatch.
