1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online store. Our offers are directed at consumers.

2. Conclusion of Contract
The contract is concluded when the customer clicks the "Buy Now" button and receives a confirmation email. The purchase contract is concluded with this confirmation email.

3. Prices and Payment Terms
All prices include the statutory VAT. Payment can be made by PayPal. Payment is due immediately after placing the order.

4. Delivery and Shipping
Delivery will take place within 3-7 business days in Germay and UK. Rest of Europe 4-10 days.
Shipping costs will be added in cart. Shipping costs depend on the type of order and the shipping destination.

5. Right of Withdrawal
Since we offer Custom-made products there is no Right of Withdrawal for Custom-made Goods.

We are working with a "print-on-demand" service. Therefore, they only offer refunds if the product arrives damaged or is significantly delayed. Postage delays that are considered normal, or delays due to items being held up in customs, will not be refunded. What constitutes a significant delay is at their discretion. In either case, they may request the return of the products so that they can dispose of them. 6. Warranty and Liability
