Since we offer Custom-made products there is now Right of Withdrawal for Custom-made Goods.
We are working together with a "print-on-demand" service. Therefore they only offer refunds if the product arrives damaged or is significantly delayed (postage delays which could be considered normal, or delays due to items being held up in customs will not be refunded). What constitutes a significant time delay is at their discretion. In either cases they may request return of the products so that they can dispose of them.
